This place is absolutely perfect. Nice rooms, beautiful porch, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts. I’m never staying anywhere else. 10/10. The porch and the resident dog May are the best parts
We hsd room 119 which was perfect for us since it had a terrace with chairs to overlook commercial street and windows all around one of them overlooking the pier and another overlooking the Pilgrim Monument The quality of the bed and bathroom excellent. Small fridge and a small faucet also inside the room. Would definitely stay here again Continental breakfast .. Basic but fresh.

Stayed 6 nights the week of the 4th for $530/night including tax. Queen room on 3rd floor with shared balcony street view. Perfect location. Good size room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Decent continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Very little street noise but you’ll hear other guests if they are on their balconies late, but it’s PTown. Adorable Labrador! A few well used edges but would stay again without hesitation.
We had a lovely stay in October 2024 for our 27th anniversary. We had a room on the top floor and everything was just wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well, which is rare for me in a hotel!! The view from the deck was just stunning and we really enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable chairs. Breakfast was all we needed - a yogurt and muffin was just what I like in the morning. And just out the front door was a wide array of restaurants. The staff was great. We will definitely come back!
Great location but the room needs some renewal. Fixing some things (lights, bathroom faucet) , add hooks to hang the towels etc.
Picked this place for the view. Third story balcony is breathtaking! Worth lugging your luggage up two flights of narrow stairs. The gentlemen were nice who served us. The bed was so high off the ground, my husband had to hoist me up (I'm 5'6"). Breakfast was kinda lame. Go get coffee across the street. I'd go back just for the view
We are flight attendants so we travel a lot and stay at many hotels. From the moment I contacted this guest house (Chris and the rest of the staff ) they’ve been nothing less then amazing! The level of service and kindness is beyond words. Location right in the center of everything. The room was clean and very comfortable. Definitely worth the pay, we will be back next year
